In the event that travel restrictions prevent you from reaching your scheduled port of embarkation after final payment, you may submit a request up to 31 days prior to sailing to receive a future cruise credit equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid. Flexible Booking Program Terms & Conditions – Effective January 14, 2021
Flexible Booking Program applies to new and existing bookings on 2021 Mediterranean voyages only. Guests may submit a request to receive a future cruise credit equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid (the “FCC”) in the event that travel restrictions remain in place or are imposed which prevent guest from reaching the scheduled port of embarkation any time between 120 and 31 days prior to the sailing date. FCC requests must be received no later than 31 days prior to sailing date along with proof of air purchase; subject to verification by The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. Issued FCCs can be applied within 12 months of issue toward any available voyage through April 14, 2023. The FCC does not include government taxes, fees and port expenses or any ancillary items purchased independently or through The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection including air, hotels, land programs, transfers, concierge ashore, marquee events, overland programs and travel insurance. The FCC must be applied toward a new reservation within 12 months of issue or it will be forfeited in its entirety. The FCC may be used toward a new reservation for any voyage departing on or before April 14, 2023. The FCC may not be transferred, redeemed for cash or sold. Unless a written FCC request is timely received The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s standard cancellation fees shall apply.
