**I confirm that the original credit card I used to make the deposit for the Booking (the “Original Credit Card”) is no longer active, and I understand I am being refunded using a different payment method (wire transfer). The amount being refunded corresponds to a full refund of the amount paid by me to The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection in connection with the Booking. I confirm that I will not pursue any chargeback of any amounts originally paid on my Original Credit Card to The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection in connection with the Booking. I will indemnify, defend and hold The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection harmless should my Original Credit Card company reverse the original charge resulting in a loss to The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
