WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE CERTIFICATE:
1. During the Initial 1 Year Period
For a period of 1 year after the date specified on the front of the Certificate (the "Initial 1 Year Period"}, the "Certificate" entitles the holder to book up to two guests in the Suite category noted on the face of the certificate, subject to availability. Third guest occupancy is available on a limited basis in all suite categories and is the responsibility of the Certificate holder. Certificate holder is responsible for the fare difference if they choose to upgrade their suite category. The specific destination(s) for which the Certificate is valid is also specified on the face of this Certificate.
The certificate includes suite accommodations, on board personal concierge services, onboard gratuities (excluding salon services and spa treatments), housekeeping services, 24-hour in-suite dining, onboard meals and select complimentary beverages such as beer, select spirits and wines, soft drinks, coffee, tea and water, onboard entertainment and enrichment, non-motorized watersports, and Wi-Fi.
The Certificate cannot be used to pay for incidentals or other expenses incurred by the guest, including, but not limited to, airfare, hotel accommodations, luggage valet, transfers, luggage handling, shore experiences, meals ashore, specialty dining at S.E.A. or Dining Privée, salon services, spa treatments, enhanced Wi-Fi, or personal purchases from the boutique. Select specialty champagnes, wine, spirits, and caviar are also not included in the Certificate.
Use for Non-Specified Length of Cruise or Suite Category
At the sole discretion of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, the Certificate may also be used for journeys of different lengths, upgraded suite categories, or accommodations for more guests other than noted on the "Certificate" face (rates provided at time of booking). In the event the "Certificate" is used for any modification other than noted on the "Certificate" face, the value of the Certificate reverts to the fixed dollar amount of the Certificate at time of purchase. The value shall be applied to the reservation and the redeemer must pay the difference in rate in full to The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection at the time of booking. In all cases, if the Value exceeds the requested modification, the difference shall be forfeited. The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection at the time of the booking request will provide the lowest fare publicly available for which the redeemer qualifies, including available promotional rates unless otherwise expressly provided in the terms and conditions for that promotion.
The Certificate cannot be used to purchase cruises offered by any other entity, whether affiliated with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection or not. This "Certificate" cannot be used and is not applicable towards a suite block that has been purchased by a third party and is then being resold, nor for a suite that is included as part of a group booking or full ship charter made with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
2. After the Initial 1 Year Period
A. IN LIEU OF THE PROVISIONS OF "1. During the Initial 1 Year Period", AT ANY POINT AFTER THE END OF THE INITIAL 1 YEAR PERIOD FOR A CERTIFICATE, THE CERTIFICATE SHALL BE GIVEN A SPECIFIC DOLLAR VALUE (BASED ON THE FACE VALUE OF THE CERTIFICATE AS SPECIFIED BY THE CRUISE LINE IN ITS ANNUAL PRICING GRID FOR CERTIFICATES IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OF THE CERTIFICATE (hereinafter the "Face Value"). THAT FACE VALUE CAN BE APPLIED AGAINST THE COST OF ANY RITZ-CARLTON YACHT COLLECTION VOYAGE.
B. PAYMENT OF ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCE.
ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCE DUE AFTER APPLICATION OF THE FACE VALUE MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING. IF THE FACE VALUE EXCEEDS THE COST OF THE CRUISE, THE DIFFERENCE SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED.
REDEEMING YOUR CERTIFICATE
To Redeem Your Certificate, You Must:
a. Contact Reservations at (833) 999-7292 (This Certificate cannot be redeemed or used in any other manner, including but not limited to, at any travel agency.)
b. Provide the following information to the contact above at time of redemption: (i) your name and contact information and (ii) the Certificate ID# on the face of Certificate.
c. All guests on the booking must satisfy The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection's then current minimum age requirements.
1. Requested travel dates and suite category may be capacity controlled and is subject to actual availability. Certificates may be upgraded at the Certificate holder's expense. Voyage 11230524 (May 24, 2023); 11231220 (December 20, 2023); 11231227 (December 27, 2023) and any voyage longer than seven (7) nights in duration are considered blackout dates for this Certificate.
2. By purchasing/redeeming this "Certificate," the purchaser/holder agrees to be bound by The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s booking terms and conditions at https://www.ritzcarltonyachtcollection.com/legal/booking-terms-conditio… as well as The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection's Conditions of Carriage (the "Ticket Contract") on https://www.ritzcarltonyachtcollection.com/legal/ticket-contract
3. The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection other policies and terms and conditions shall also apply. Minimum age for guests is 18 years old on the date of voyage departure. Children permitted when staying in the same room with at least one guest aged 18+. Children must be at least six months of age as of the voyage departure date
4. Payments made for the “Certificate” are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen Certificates or Certificates used without permission will not be replaced. This “Certificate” has no cash value ($0).
5. This “Certificate” is transferable only when gifted. This “Certificate” is void if sold for cash or other consideration. Any tax liability, connected with the receipt or use of this “Certificate” is the sole responsibility and liability of the person giving or receiving the Certificate, not The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
6. This Certificate shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law. Program is subject to change without notice. THIS CERTIFICATE IS NOT VALID FOR SALE TO CUSTOMERS LOCATED IN QUEBEC, CANADA AND PUERTO RICO.
EXPIRATION AND CHARGES
Your Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection Cruise Certificate expires 1 year from date of issue. (See section 2A). This Certificate has neither an inactive or dormancy fee nor any monthly or other maintenance fee.
